Thank you for your excellent service this week helping my vulnerable 89 year old father with his broken down boiler and fixing it so promptly . It was a great relief to us to leave him with a nice warm safe house again .A relief that he no longer had to use fan heaters which were a danger to him eg. falling over and electrocuting himself when trying to remove the stiff plug with a knife.

SBS saves the day - again
Once again, I called SBS to help me - this time because 8 people had been to my elderly mother’s house to “fix” her boiler & failed. She was going out to the garage in the cold and dark multiple times a night to switch the boiler back on. I called Mark I desperation & he got someone out THAT MORNING! Phil knew what the problem was instantly & bam! No more freezing mum in danger of hurting herself in the middle of the night. These people are my heroes. Anyone who helps my mum like that is a total hero in my eyes.

Thank God for SBS!
So, I turned on the heating at the beginning of the cold season & everything died. I spent weeks trying to get someone to get back to me about coming out & SBS were the only ones who did. Lee came, had a quick look, identified the issue immediately and, once the parts were in, Steve came and fitted a new cylinder (& other things I don’t understand!). Both guys (and Mark in the office) were the nicest people you could ever wish to have in your home. Pleasant, hard-working, tidy and very respectful. I have booked them to come & do my boiler service (every other gas engineer just says they don’t know how to service it as it is “too old”, but Lee wasn’t phased by it). Would happily recommend SBS to anyone.

Phil came to service my combi boiler today - was on time, courteous and friendly - excellent service.

Time quoted to install 8 days for a full central heating system including radiators, pipework and a new Worcester boiler - 8 actual install days. The Fitter displayed an excellent quality of workmanship, very clean and tidy.
The floors board were only up for a very short duration and only minium of pipework showing.
Very pleased with result.
